AVG ULTIMATE cannot locate any problems with a virus that is disrupting my PC

May I know the version of your Windows operating system please?
Have you tried to run a scan with AVG Internet Security program and then check if it shows any threats, malwares or viruses?

Hi, I appear to have virus in my desktop PC , is there an a program that can locate it with and of course repair it.   The scanners with AVG Ultimate cannot locate it.
The Virus effects my Email and printer functions as I cannot input the number of copies and formatting detail that I want.
