AVG Ultimate - chkdisk utility?

may have sorted the error issue but I HAVE purchase a  full 12m ULTIMATE.  In fact, payment was taken twice so I had to call to get one of them refunded.  Then I got an email with instructions on how to download everything with confirmation that the hassle I'd had meant I would be given a FURTHER 3 months (15 in total).  Downloaded (more hassle) only to find it's only showing as 6 MONTHS>  I'm NOT happy

I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate (6 months subscription) good till 1/25/2018 and AVG Internet Security (3 computers) valid till 8/28/2017.
Please let us know the version of AVG Ultimate that is installed in your PC. If possible, please share the screenshot of error message to assist further.

Just run AVG Ultimate on PC - getting error pop up - avguix.exe corrupt - run chkdsk utility.  WHY?  WHERE is the utility!!!
 Also, WHY after paying for 12m Ultimate has it downloaded a product with 6 MONTHS licence!  ARRGGHHHHHH

now finding I can't entre certain websites - how do I fix this - I'm NOT NOT NOT happy with this install
