Buy a 2 year subscription to avg ultimate and before finishing the first year the encrypted vault stopped working. I cant recover my files
I tried reinstalling the avg ultimate software but the data safe option doesnot appear

Please be informed that, the data safe files can be accessed only from the Data Safe feature. We have implemented "Sensitive Data Shield" with the latest version 18.4 release and removed the "Data Safe" feature which was available earlier. However, the option to review the old data safe files will be available in "Privacy" component of Internet Security interface. If it is absent, then it is a bug and we will fix it at the earliest. In the meantime, to retrieve the files, we have a workaround.
