Please let us know whether you have installed AVG TuneUp and ran a scan to resolve performance issue of the computer.
Let us know all the AVG programs installed in your computer to assist further.

I purchase avg ultimate from best buy, my understanding that the AVG Tuneup, was included with the Ultimate, Plus after install the program my computer seem to slow down, and I am able to open some web page like best buy, it said  I don't have access to the page, that happen on several  web sign I try to get on. I am thinking about asking for a refund.

According what I see that is installed on my computer is tuneup, driver update,password Protection,Antive Virus, it keep asking me for activation for each protect, where do I find theses codes.

I look at my subscription, it say all of the programs are active,but it still ask for a code key.
