AVG Ultimate does not appear to stop MacKeeper pop ups

Hello. Its been a few days.

I was advised during a chat session that my issue had been escalated and that I would receive a resoultion by email. I have heard nothing, and and frustrated with my mackeeper pop ups. 

I would like a supervisor to contact me please so we can get this resolved

I have the same problem, how can I get this $99 program and not get rid of the original problem, malwares…
Please give an answer!

We appreciate your patience. We recommend you to uninstall all unused or suspicious applications and browser add ons, check the network settings(proxy and DNS records, hosts) for any irregularities. Once this is done, please reset your browser settings and check if it resolves your issue. If not, please get back to us and we will assist you further.

I loaded a new version of AVG ultimate on my macbook pro. I am using the El Capitan OS. When I ran the scan, it detected a number of malware which I quaranteened. 

Each time I try to log into the myaccount page for my AVG account the annoying MacKeeper pop ups resurface. Popup blocker cant stop it. Curious that the AVG malware tool for Macs cant detect it. I did note that the pop up blocker is very active and stops "about: blank" on any other web page launch.

It is a clever malware, in that it launches itself on any virus scan page [Norton etc]

Any ideas? I thought a $99 subscription should stop it cold

I shared on a chat last night and they were unable to resolve it as it only appears when I attempt to load a page of a virus scan software [Norton, AVG etc].
