Do you mean your AVG Ultimate subscription is not listed when you login to AVG MyAccount? Irrespective of this issue, you can go ahead and install AVG Ultimate on your devices. Could you clarify if it is on your Windows device or Android device or both that you need help to install it on?

i have buy for AVG Ultimate. And I will activate this Software on My PC and also on My Android Smartphone. But it doesnt work. They dont found it My account. Is there somebody to help me?
