AVG Ultimate expired Tune-up

Hello Kenrick,
I am sorry to hear this. Please try to uninstall only AVG PC TuneUp via control panel as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ).
Then reinstall AVG TuneUp unlimited by opening AVG dashboard->click on PC TuneUp component->click on 'Try it for free' button and check if it works.
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of AVG user interface to assist further.

I talk to customer service after long talking she transfer me to technical support then after a long wait the agent told me I REFUNDED MY SUBSCRIPTIONS I was like WTF I did not do such thing… I'm trying to fix the problem and now I got AUTO REFUND? wth this is so uncool!!!

I purchase AVG ultimate and AVG Secure VPN but I thought when I purchase AVG Ultimate I'm paying for Internet Security and TuneUp but tuneup is expired when I try to login it didnt recognize my purchase for AVG Ultimate instead it gives me a URL to purchase Tune-up separately, can someone help?

Kenrick sadly your not the only one with this issue. I've been waiting nearly a week now for avg to fix this I have the exact same issue and yesterday to make my day a whole lot better my phone is no longer talking to zen. AVG techs have remotely controlled my pc themselves to try to fix it but they have no idea whats going on, it was escalated to the senior team who have told me on monday(14th) …your gonna love this!..to wait 10 working days for the issue to be fixed. everything was fine AVG until last week. i'm sick and tired of doing multiple reboots and endless suggestions. i'm not well and don't have the time or energy to be dealing with this. either fix the issue today or give me my money back!
