We are sorry that your application is blocked by AVG Ultimate 2017. Please try to follow the below steps to resolve your issue.
1. Please open AVG Zen and click on 'Internet Security' component in it.
2. In AVG Internet Security window, please click on 'Menu' button and select 'Settings' option.
3. In the right pane, select 'components' option and scroll down to go to firewall component.
4. Click on 'Customize' option next to trigger button in Firewall component and select 'Network profiles' in the right pane of the firewall settings window.
5. Then change the network profiles from 'Public' to 'Private' and click Ok to save changes.
Then check if the issue persists with your application.

I have just renewed my AVG for the coming year and it has moved to the new style AVG Ultimate. I am now unable to access an application on my computer (The Key - Mortgage Brain) and I believe it is because the firewall is preventing it. I cannot however find out how I am mean't to get this application through the firewall as it is different from previous years. Can anyone help please - in very basic English!
