I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Cleaner Pro activation on your Android device. Please follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Antivirus Pro and AVG Cleaner Pro on your Android Phone. Please download AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner from Google PlayStore on Android device, install it and then enter AVG my account by following below steps:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app will get installed automatically.

I have AVG Ultimate and want to install on my Android tablet. I can only download AVG Pro Free and does not allow me to login to my account to activate Ultimate. What am I missing? Why can't I have AVG Pro without ads? I should also e able to use AVG Cleaner also without ads.
