I would like to cancel my AVG Internet Security (Multi device) and have a refund and then reinstall AVG Ultimate for Windows. Can you please advise me as to how I can do this. You will see that I have used AVG Ultimate for Windows in the past and in error, when I paid my new subscription in March, downloaded AVG (Multi device) by mistake.
