AVG Ultimate Hacker and Payments not covered on my 2nd iMac

Renewed my Ultimate sub today. I am 90 years old. On my 2nd iMac  it won't cover the Hacker and Subscription protection. However on my primary iMac  all items are protected ie Computer / web and e-mail and the Hacker and subscription items. Why and can it be resolved
