AVG Ultimate install failed with 0xE0010509 Error

Thanks for the quick response. AVG support personnel was able to assist me to some extend. He/She has informed me that install was not 100% complete. Some options are not installed. Also, I'm not able to update virus definition. It gives an error while trying to update the virus definition. An escalation case was created.

​My attempt of installing AVG Ultimate Paid version is repeatedly failing with 0xE0010509 error. I have tried cleaning and removing the previous install using AVG Cleaner and Avg Remover. Still no luck. Can I get some help?
