Thanks for the quick response. AVG support personnel was able to assist me to some extend. He/She has informed me that install was not 100% complete. Some options are not installed. Also, I'm not able to update virus definition. It gives an error while trying to update the virus definition. An escalation case was created.

My attempt of installing AVG Ultimate Paid version is repeatedly failing with 0xE0010509 error. I have tried cleaning and removing the previous install using AVG Cleaner and Avg Remover. Still no luck. Can I get some help?
