AVG Ultimate Installation Fails

I purchased AVG ultimate from Fry's and tried numerous times to install it today always encountering error code 0xc007010b. I have looked for help in the forums and spent over an hour on the phone and was told it would cost me another $200 to help me rectify the error. I haven't even been able to get anyone to tell me what the error is. I have used all the leading protection software over the years and have never had a problem with installation. Can anyone offer a suggestion other than get a refund and buy something else?

The installation will get failed if there is any traces of AVG left on your device. You can follow the below article:
