I have followed your instructions. Execution of AVG Remover.exe was successfully performed. But I have problem with AVG Antivirus Clear. If I click on YES it happens nothing. You can see details at the picture. Could I have problems if I click on NO. May it leads to crash of my laptop, because it is not recommended. Give me the next advice, please.

Let's remove the traces of AVG using AVG Clear and Remover tool:

Reinstall AVG Internet Security https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=GSR and AVG Tuneup: https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=GSE-2019 and check if that helps.
Once the installation gets completed, open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate it. Follow the same on AVG Tuneup.

After running the clear tool, please proceed to reinstall the AVG Internet Security https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=GSR and AVG Tuneup: https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=GSE-2019 and check if that helps.

I have bought today AVG Ultimate software, but I can't install this product at my Windows Vista laptop.
Installation is stopped and I have seen the following Error report: "Sorry we ran into a problem during initialization.
Find out what might have gone wrong.
(0xC0070139: General error (0x0139)."

You can certainly get refund for this purchase of AVG Ultimate.
However, as a valuable customer, I will try one last time to install AVG.

Thank you very much for your extraordinary help and effort.
However, I am already scared of further attempts, because I had to make a wired connection to my dsl/router, because I was left without wifi internet. On the screen I received the following message during the restart of the pc: "Can not find 'C: \ Users \ Free \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Start Menu \ Programs \ Startup \ wifi.vbs".
That made me unpleasantly surprised and frightened among other things that, in the meantime, I lost setup CD for Windows Vista.
After successful installation of the AVG Antivirus FREE product this error has been happily disappeared and I can re-use the wifi internet.
I'm sorry, but I would stop at this moment with further attempts to solve this problem.
I would ask you to arrange a refund of money (19.99 euro) on my account within 30 days.
I have to say that you were at your disposal at all the time to help me and therefore thank you very much for your contribution.
