Martial, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. I'm trying to install my new version of AVG 2015 that was supposed to remove to old one 2014. For a reason that I don't know it didn't do it. Now I'm trying to remove it with uninstalled Avg 2014. Have a code oxcoo70643. Can anyone have a idea what to do?
