Let us know what are all the AVG programs installed on the PC? Have you tried to disable it and check the PC performance?

I bought AVG Ultimate.  My computer is an i7, tons of memory, and only a few months old.  It worked great.  Installing AVG has slowed it down incredibly, and now many sites refuse to open, like my email.  I have used AVG for many years, but never bought the entire package.   I now have a licence for 10 systems, and won't install because it has made the best computer I have ever had slower than the piece of crap I replaced.   To say I am unhappy is a large understatement.
