AVG Ultimate installs as Anti Virus FREE version and Zen not working

I have purchased the Ultimate package in March. I still can't get it to run properly.Have used AVG for years prior without problems (but never bothered with Zen)

Have uninstalled previous AVG software, and re-installed AVG Ultimate 761 several times now, always with the same result

Once installed it comes up as Anti Virus FREE version when it should be AVG Ultimate, even after re-starting the PC

I have been trying to add other devices through ZEN but every time I have tried to log in 'sorry we have run into a problem' appears. I can't log in, tried many many times

Therefore I am not getting what I have paid for

I have called Tech support who wish to charge me for their help if it turns out 'not their problem', which I do not wish to do
