Do you see expiry message on the user interface of AVG program? If this is the case, be informed that re-activation is required to get rid off the expiry notices. We sent you an e-mail including the activation instructions. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.
If you are unable to view your paid products under MyAccount, attach the screenshot of the page in reply to the e-mail we sent.

I recently renewed my AVG Ultimate Internet Program. Yet when I go on my subscription page it says that my AVG Ultimate has expired and that I need to renew. I am having a frustrating time getting the help I need with this problem. I am on the verge of cancelling all AVG programs and going elsewhere to get another Internet Security Program. I have been an AVG customer for many years and have never had a problem with this program before. Help!
