On 19th August 2024 I purchased AVG Ultimate at a cost of £145.99 for 2 years cover. My order number was (order number removed) Having done this I thought my subscriptions for Internet Security [£84.99] and AVG Tune Up [£63.99] would be cancelled by you, but both subscriptions were taken automatically from my credit card on 21st Sept. Can you please refund my credit card as I clearly don't need these sevices duplicated as they are included in AVG Ultimate.
