AVG Internet Security will show AVG TuneUp or AVG Secure VPN campaign pop-ups only if those programs are not installed and activated.
Please check whether all the products included in the AVG Ultimate package are installed on your PC. AVG Ultimate package includes AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure VPN, AVG Antitrack, and AVG TuneUp.
Please go to control panel > program and features and check if AVG TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN programs are installed.
If yes, please reactivate the programs once and check if the issue persists.
Please refer to the below article to activate AVG programs included in the AVG Ultimate package.

Can someone at AVG please tell me why when I run my Internet Security it keeps asking me if I want to subscribe to AVG Tune-Up or Skip for Now when I ALREADY have AVG Tune-up & Secure VPN alongside my AVG Ultimate Internet Security and my subscription runs until 9 April 2023! Annoying. Surely AVG must recognise I already subscribe to AVG Tune-Up.
