We are using AVG Ultimate more than 1 year. Recently one Windows PC was formatted and then sent invitation as usual to join into ZEN network, but AVG free version with basic protection was installed, not AVG Internet Security Full Protection like before. Also we tried new windows pc but same issues. Still our license is valid until June 5,2020. kindly provide the solution soon as possible.
