I bought AVG Ultimate from Amazon, license works fine on any device of mine except my iPad and iPhone, so only seems to be an issue on iOS devices. Get an error anytime I re-enter my license info. Works fine on my Windows, MacOS, and Android devices.

If you're experiencing issues with activating AVG Ultimate on your iOS devices, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Verify Compatibility: Confirm that the version of AVG Ultimate you purchased is compatible with iOS devices. Check the product details and system requirements to ensure that it supports iOS.

Ensure App Store Account: Make sure that you are signed in to the App Store on your iPad and iPhone with the same Apple ID used to purchase AVG Ultimate. The license information needs to match the Apple ID associated with the app store.

Check for Updates: Ensure that your iPad and iPhone are running the latest version of iOS. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise if your devices are running outdated software. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for and install any available updates.

Reinstall the App: Try uninstalling the AVG Ultimate app from your iPad and iPhone, then reinstall it from the App Store. (https://capcutpc.pro/) After reinstalling, open the app and attempt to enter your license information (https://www.ilovetransmedia.fr/telecharger-avast-antivirus-gratuit-pc/) again.

Contact AVG Support: If the issue persists, it's recommended to reach out to AVG support directly. They will have access to specific information about your license and can provide assistance tailored to your situation. Visit AVG's support website or contact their customer support via email or phone for further guidance.

When contacting AVG support, provide them with detailed information about the error message you receive when entering your license information on your iOS devices. Include any error codes or specific instructions displayed on the screen. This will help them better understand the issue and provide you with a solution.

Remember to have your purchase receipt or order number readily available, as it may be required to verify your license and assist with troubleshooting.

Note: Since I am an AI language model, I do not have access to real-time information or direct communication with customer support. Therefore, contacting AVG support is the best course of action for resolving this specific issue.
