As you can see in the above, AVG PC TuneUp is installed. However, the date is Feb. 23, 2019 that it was installed on.

I have updated our subscription with an activation code. 3 of the 4 products have installed properly. AVG TuneUp has failed to install multiple times. Could I get some help for this please?

Firstly, let us check whether the AVG TuneUp program traces are present on your computer as you are seeing an icon of it on start menu.
Press Windows and R keys together on your keyboard to open Run command.
In Run window, type as "appwiz.cpl" without the quotes and press Enter key.
In uninstall program window, check whether AVG TuneUp or AVG PC TuneUp is listed.
If you inform the status, we will be able to further steps on how to install and activate AVG TuneUp.

I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp and install the new version form the AVG Internet Security as you've done in the screenshot.
You need not activate the subscription, as it activates the subscription automatically.

After starting the AVG Internet Security, I click My AVG and then select My Subscription. When the My Subscription window opens, AVG TuneUp is listed under Other Available Subscriptions. There is a green button on the bottom right that says Activate & Install.
When I click the button, it shows that is it installing and a new small AVG Window pops up showing that it is Installing. After it stops, it shows a checkmark in a green circle with "Installation complete, your apps are now ready to go!" Also in the window, it says AVG TuneUp on the left and Failed on the right. The status in the first window goes back to the Activate & Install green button.
So, I guess, the real question is did AVG TuneUp install or not? TuneUp will not launch from the Start Menu even though there is an icon there to select.
