I Purchased AVG Ultimate multi-device 2yr. Subscription on line 6-15-2016, Ref. Order # 703-0560957, Invoice # 3302213176, PAYPAL. Unable to locate License # to down load to my laptop.Did not show in My AVG. Only 9 months has passed since purchase and I cannot Down load it to my computer. Need help to reload AVG Ultimate to my laptop?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that the AVG Ultimate product doesn't have a license number. It's activation is by entering the AVG my account username and password.
If your AVG my account page shows as "no subscriptions" then it is because of we are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount.
This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
