AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) Firewall is Garbage

2. How do you suspect that Firewall blocking the connection with AVG MyAccount?
3. Are you able to access AVG MyAccount when you disable AVG Firewall?
4. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device.

I have an AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription and for the past several months the subscription software and I think specifically the Firewall is garbage. It is not working and indeed to connect to my AVG account I had to disable the firewall. I have noted a gradual decrease in the quality of the AVG software these past few years. It seems as the release of gimmicks and addons increase the core product suffers. At this stage I am looking to cancel the subscription, request a refund and move onto some other product. I suspect that the Windows Defender Firewall would be a better option than this as lets face it the ease of operation of the AVG firewall has also degraded over time reducing any ease of use benefits it had over Windows Firewall.
