Could you try logging into your AVG My Account using your Hotmail address as the registered email address and check if your AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription is registered under it?

I consulted with Daryn Iris about a refund for my AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device).
I received an email that they confirmed GBP 78.74 partial refund for your order (Order ID redacted) with the refund ID (Refund ID redacted)within seven days.
I checked on My Subscriptions Page on my AVG account and saw AVG Driver Updater and not AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device).
