My subscription was made !30%! more expensive, was renewed and is still active for this year. Why can I not use TuneUp on my 2 computers? The program wants me to switch subscriptions, when I activate it on one pc i deactivate it on the other.
By the way, I am really fed up with your service and the way you try to sell me another subscription with this predatory pop-ups and messages that my computer isn't safe because I have to buy this vpn product of yours. AVG used to be a prime service but there are other and cheaper alternatives around. I would also like to be able to call somebody when problems like these occur - I pay you 120€ per year thats way more than I pay for Netflix (oh and you made it more expensive without asking for permission too, the year before it cost 80€) - Netflix doesn't want to sell me other stuff and they deliver a good customer support - so why do I have to write my request in a stupid forum for you when I just want to talk to a human being on a phone or textchat maybe - and what happend to email?
I highly doubt I will renew my subscription at the end of this year, I had it with this treatment.
