We're glad to help pointing you in the right direction. We do have a specialized team, who deals with billing queries.
Before proceeding, we'd like to clarify that Ultimate MultiDevice is a bundled package that includes AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN & AVG AntiTrack for Windows.
It can be used on 10 devices - Windows, MAC, Android & iOS.
We're afraid as the multidevice package can't be downgraded to a single license pack.
Please let us know if you'd still like to check the available options to downgrade the license.

How do I change my AVG Ultimate for a Multi-Device to a single device? Do I need to cancel my subscription and start a new subscription or some other action? Thank You
