After running the "AVG Remover" I find it removed 1 of the two programs tied to Zen, but still windows "uninstall" will not work because "AVG tune-up" has not been removed from Zen (according to windows pop-up when trying to uninstall remaining AVG in windows uninstall program. I ran the "AVG Remover" 3 times rebooting each time still not completely removed.
I'm using the 64 bit removal tool

Hello Tom. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and then reinstall AVG Ultimate back in your pc. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. Trying to open AVG Zen (windows 7 pro), the program does not open, also AVG will not uninstall using "windows uninstall", I get a message "must uninstall avg 2015 and avg tune-up" but they are not listed in the window for uninstallation.
As a side note after original installation (about 1 week ago) all appeared to be working fine.
Need help/advise at this point, thanks.
Hello Tom, I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing. Please run "AVG PC TuneUp and TuneUp Utilities Remover" to completely remove AVG PC TuneUp from your Computer. NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
