AVG Ultimate not activated yet

Dear Sir

I was purchased the "AVG Ultimate for all your devices (AVG Antivirus free for Android Security 2017)" through google play on July 31st, but still date I am using the basic protection only at my PC as well as Phone.

I filed question at customer support and I got answer from Mr.Avinash, Mr.Alan Binch etc.,  As per their instruction I re-install AVG Ultimate even though I got only protection only.  My pro version not activated yet.

In my AVG account I found that My subscription was not listed yet !!! 

Please assign some one to communicate with me through mail ravigarments@gmail.com instead of discussing the question board that will be easy, secondly one person assigned for me then follow-up will be easy.  

Receiving answer from different person like strange discussion will not solve my issue.

I am sorry to hear that AVG subscription is not listed in your account. It seems that AVG purchased via google play store is not synchronized with your AVG MyAccount. Please click on this link https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat to get connected to AVG Sales team and they will help you with the synchronization.
