I apologize for any inconvenience caused. AVG Ultimate will cover your Android and Mac devices also. Please reset your browser and then try to login again.
Open device Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> Web browser (Google Chrome / Internet Explorer) -> Clear cache and clear data.
I just purchased the AVG Ultimate and am excited to have the full protection, along with VPN! But I thought that included my Android device (phone). I requested the email to my phone, installed (free) version - only option. But when I try to follow instruction #2 on the email & log in to my account online from the phone, it keeps going to 'the end of the internet'. Did I do something wrong or is this plan only intended for laptops/desktops? Thanks
