i restarted and it appears to have worked, thanks

I'm using AVG Ultimate on my computer, but after I installed it is telling me that I only have the free version of AVG AntiVirus and AVG PC Tuneup

Thanks for providing the screenshots. Please open the AVG Internet Security (first component) and check if all the components are green. If yes, try restarting the system and also send us a screenshot of the AVG Internet Security window.
