Avg ultimate not recognizing a current subscription

My PC is stating that PC tuneup, a part of the AVG Ultimate package that I purchased, has expired it's trial. I am also getting a "your pro trial has expired" and the system is hung up on a subscription renewal screen and won't let me do anything else. My subscription for ACG Ultimate is paid and up to date - starting to think I should dispute the credit card charge because it's pretty clear I'm not getting what I paid for. Before I dispute the charges, anything else I should try?
