AVG Ultimate Not Showing Under Subscriptions

I bought the AVG Ultimate subscription at the end of July, it's still not showing under my subscriptions and each time I contact AVG I get the same response, that they're working on the dashboard, but it's been 2 months. Now because i don't have Ultimate the free version keeps asking me to restart my computer.

Has anyone else had these issues?
