I have AVG Ultimate. It does not display under my AVG Products when logged into my AVG Account. My desktop appears to work fine. Issue is my laptop. It never gets the latest updates.

I understand the inconvenience. Please repair AVG Internet security/ AVG Protection http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel (on your laptop) and then check the status.
Regarding AVG Myaccount issue, I need the screenshot of My Products tab and My Order tab displaying your email address on the top right corner to escalate the case. Please send the screenshot to the email which I have sent to you.

Thank you for providing the screenshots. I have escalated to the concern team to fix the issue with AVG Myaccount. Once the issue is fixed, they will contact you via email.

I sent screen shots to the email I received. It was rejected. Appears it was a noreply message that originally came in. Please reply with a new email and I will try again. Have yet to try ther AVG repair suggested above.
