AVG Ultimate not working

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your efforts in getting this issue fixed. We request you to try leaving the network and re-logging into the Zen and check if that works. Here are the instructions:

1. Click on "your email address" at the top right of the Zen window.
2. Select "Leave the network" and Click "Leave."
3. Once the network is left, click on "connect" at the top right of the Zen and select "Log in to existing account."
4. Enter the email address and the password of your AVG account.

I have recently bought AVG Ultimate. I was previously using the free anti virus. For some reason whenever i try to install AVG Ultimate it installs but it says i am still using the free anti virus and that i have a trial version of the pc tune up. I have tried Uninstalling all the AVG products and reinstalling them but it still says the same thing. I have used the AVG removal tool but it did not help either.
Is there anyway to fix this so i can use the AVG Ultimate that i bought?
