That's my point - on this laptop its all working, but as I said in my previous comments, the webcam protection and other features under privacy are not active on my 2nd laptop.

I have logged into the AVG Internet Security on my second laptop and I can confirm I am logged in on it. It has my subscription details correctly stating when it expires. However, on this laptop (which i'm also logged into) has them enabled. I thought the Privacy cover was included on the Ultimate AVG? Picture attached.

Yes, Privacy component included in AVG Ultimate package which seems to be enabled on your laptop. Five components "Computer, Web&email, Hacker attacks, privacy and payments" should be enabled on your AVG Internet Security for the full protection.

I have purchased AVG Ultimate and loaded it onto my 2 home laptops. However on 1 laptop it says that I dont have the webcam protection etc. which is working and active on the other laptop.
I purchased this AVG ultimate for it to work on both laptops, but seems on 1 its half working?
