We request you to uninstall AVG secure VPN from your computer and check whether you are able to get back the internet connection?
For uninstallation, refer this article.
If you are able to access AVG secure VPN program user interface then you can try turning off kill switch feature and check the status.
Open AVG Secure VPN program window.
Click on "gear icon" to get into the settings.
In network security, check whether "Activate Kill Switch" is selected.
If yes, deselect it and check whether your PC is able to get connected to the internet.
Keep us apprised about the status.
New purchase,cannot find list of what is supposed to be in it for my gear . Ihave a PC, Tablets & Phones to protect. Have tried some free trials & some single purchases & have been happy with them. Thought a full pack would be easier to keep to manage. Installed AVG onto PC, through which I made the purchase but could not figure out how to or what to instal on a tablet,( thank god). Now the PC is disconnected from the internet & will not reconnect. Trouble shooter says the VPN adaptor is disabled, AVG VPN will only come on when I have established an Int. connection so where can I find VPN adaptor to turn it on & how do I stop this happening again.
