AVG Ultimate Package not activating

I may have missed it on your website, Avinash, but it certainly was not advised to users on the packaging of the Ultimate AVG box that I purchased. In fact the sales assistant also believed that it covered iPads and iPhones and advised me accordingly. The packaging on your box is grossly misleading. Please also look at the back of the box which specifically uses the word "compatibility" above the Apple logo thereby giving the impression that it covers all Apple devices, not only the Mac. Had I known this at the time of purchase, there certainly wouldn't have been a necessity for me to buy it.

My AVG license expired today and has been uninstalled from my computer.I let it expire in order to purchase AVG Ultimate and so give protection to all my devices.I have installed AVG ultimate. However the Zen window display shows "not protected". Also a window keeps coming up to say that my license has expired and to reactivate putting in the new code. But when I insert the new code, the words "invalid license format" appear. Any suggestions as to how to delete the "license expired" window and obtain the protection which I paid for ?
