It was fixed by ? this morning.
But now, the Internet Security will not allow me to connect to IP.
I un-installed it for now and have internet connection to IP.
If I can't connect t o IP, I can see how I would be completely protected from any viruses and/or hackers!!!
Can this be fixed or do I need to find another virus protection program. If not, please return said monies from my credit card. Thank You

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to disable the Firewall component in the AVG Internet Security program and check if your could access your IP. Please follow the below steps to disable the AVG Firewall component:
Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > Firewall > Move the Slider to turn off the firewall
Once the firewall is turned off and if you could access your IP then turn on the firewall again and follow the below instructions to configure your AVG firewall:
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> firewall -> customize -> system rules -> make sure all the task has been enabled.
Again, Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> change all the profiles from public to Private.
Then check with the issue.
