I installed AVG Ultimate Retail the other day and my Zen window says I have 28 days remaining but I purchased a 2 year subscription.   My account on your website shows the two year subscription but when I install it from that page it is on the 30 day trial.   And yes my account is logged into on the ZEN page.   I have tried to use your avg uninstall tool to delete everything and install again with no luck.  The Zen page still shows 28 days remain even though I am logged into my account.  I see multiple other users with this issue doing a search but no definate solution for the problem.   Can you help with this?    Thank you
