I purchased a two year subscription for AVG Ultimate in 2022. Then in Nov 2023 I was billed for a new 2 year subscription for AVG which I paid. Now I received a notice from AVG that my temp subscription will expire soon and I will be charged for a new full year subscription??? I should still be covered from the service I purchased in 2022. I have overpaid in 2023 and now I am being hit with more charges. Can you please check my account and get this corrected?
