I now cannot upload the screenshot of the other laptop issues as this interface does not want to accept the atttachment? It is missing the hacker and privacy features.
All are under the same subscription. Must the AVG on this particular laptop also be uninstalled?

Recently the problem on the Main computer were sorted out. Now having a look at the additional computers, this is happening on one, if not both. I do not have both in front of me at the moment. I click on "Fix Problem" and although the window pops up and shows that it's been Updated, the error remains, even after restarting.

Mandy, are you having the older same version of AVG in other computers too?

It seems that you have an older version of AVG installed on your computer.
The latest version is 18.8 or 19.1.
Please uninstall http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG the older version of AVG to completely remove all the traces of AVG from your computer.
