On Wednesday 26 October my AVG would not scan my computer beyond 1%. I telephoned Official AVG Support (tel. 0800 085 4139). They worked on the problem but to day my AVG is telling me that I am unprotected and offering to sell me "PRO trial" whatever that is? Can you PLEASE tell me what is happening?
