I renewed my AVG ULTIMATE subscription (through 2018) on Nov. 6, 2016. An hour ago, it suddenly vanished from my computer and was replaced with AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE. I went to my AVG account to reinstall ULTIMATE only to discover I no longer have any subscriptions. The ZEN interface is still on my system but claims I only have the basic FREE service now. I really need the full protection offered by ULTIMATE. How do I get my subscription back on this computer (and my other devices)?
