Avg ultimate reverting to avg free

Hi Bob,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG Ultimate which is valid till 2020.11.20.
Would you be so kind to let us know if you've used the AVG Clear tool to perform a clean installation?

I have AVG ultimate 2 year multi on my laptop and I receive an update of higher security which reverts my Ultimate to Avg free. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ultimate but I still get the update taking me back to avg free. any help would be appreciated
