AVG Ultimate reverts to Antivirus Free

Still no good- In the last week I have had two sessions online with remote support, have been sent two emails with detailed instructions on how to use AVG Removal tools, done it all twice, still without success. I have just been promised yet another email with detailed instructions. And I have a second PC and a laptop with exactly the same issue…surely this can't be that hard to rectify???

We sent you an e-mail with steps to remove the traces of AVG completely and to install AVG Ultimate. Refer to those steps and have this problem rectified.

I have AVG Ultimate on two PCs and a laptop. (Windows 10 and Windows7) Each machine reverts to AVG Antivirus Free repeatedly. I have tried all the AVG recommended removal/reinstall tools to get rid of Antivirus Free but the problem always recurs. If I login to my account via "my subscription" on the Antivirus Free screen then it just shows a free subscription for one year: but if I use AVG Account then it shows my paid subscription for AVG Ultimate correctly. Is there any way to COMPLETELY remove AVG and reinstall?

No solution, but I just upgraded to avg internet security and I am having the same problem. Only installed on one device so far, until I can get this resolved.
