AVG ultimate ruined chatting

Unfortunately this happens with internet explorer and google chrome also. Not only with mozilla Firefox. So there's something wrong with paid AVG. Something that differs from free AVG, because free version and chatting worked fine. And the problem is not solved, it's just…hmm… delayed. Each time i wish to chat i have to use advanced settings to take away the protection. If i go to chat 3 times per day, it's more than 1000 per year. I am glad i can chat now, but i'm not very happy that i have to take my paid protection away many times per day. And even more, if i have to take it away every 5, 10 or 15 minutes. i could take it away until i restart my computer again, but i've not tried yet can i change it without restarting. Practically i paid for nothing, if i wish to chat and my protection won't work during chatting :frowning:

This question -system seemed to work. But i still don't know how to chat. This is not chatting, i mean real-time conversation where you write and other person immediately write you back. I took web tune up awa, but it not help. adding the site to exceptions-list did not work.

I bough AVG Ultimate first and probably last time. I used to chat in a chat room, and immediately after downloading AVG Ultimate chatting was impossible. Each line takes minutes to go trough and mostly i  they won't go to be seen in chat at all.
Free Avg did not do this. When using it i was able to chat normally. Now i can't. Is there any way to allow NORMAL chatting without uninstalling whole AVG?

Thank you for your answer but it did not help. I went and added the URL. Both the main adderess and after that the chat room. It still contnues loading and loading and do eventyally nothing. I restarted my computer after addings but did not help. I have mozilla firefox and windows 10. table computer.

In that case please try to disable the AVG program using the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG and check whether the issue persists. Also please try to use the website on different browsers and check whether it resolves the issue.
