Avg Ultimate says my subscition has expired

Open AVG Internet Security interface. Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
If you see the email address, click on "Log Out" and then if "remove license" option appears, click on that too.
Finally, click on "Log In" to enter your AVG my account credentials.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check the activation status.

Avg Ultimate still says my subscription has expired on my avg account even though I just loaded a new 2 year subscription yesterday. it seems to be working but it still says it has expired. How do I fix this. THANKS FOR ANY HELP, JM
