So after the latest update. AVG turns off network discovery. That messes up WMC. So I turn it back on.
This is with a hdhomerun prime.
Still doesn't work. I turn off Firewall. Doesn't work. I uninstall AVG. It works I re install avg. It doesn't work.

I uninstalled every avg product in the control pannel to make it work. It was working fine before the update sometime between 11pm - 1am eastern US.
If I download and reinstall the latest version from you I get

Framework version 1.182.2.64574
Setup version 1.182.2.64574
and it breaks HD Homerun Prime's UPnP discovery .
Turning off the firewall does not change this. Only uninstalling it.
